occasion of the earthquake and tsunami of March 11, the Tohoku region on the Pacific Coast has opened a condolence book at the headquarters of the Foreign Office (Calle Serrano, 109 , Madrid) on 17, 18, 22 and 23 March in the morning from 10.00 to 14.00 and evenings from 16.00 until 17.30.
